If you’re like 99% of the population (just made up this number btw) with a job interview scheduled, you might feel like kind of like Leah right now:
Can’t believe this job interview is tomorrow, so nervous

My intention with this post is to get you a little closer to the level of confidence of LIL ROB here:
When asked my greatest weakness at a job interview, I say “my knees when I’m with you” then I try to kiss the interviewer
— LIL ROB (@robertxbrooks) November 20, 2017
The first thing you need to understand first is…
Being nervous means that you don’t know something!
See, you might be laughing at LIL ROB there but at least he has a plan as to how he will handle that question on the job interview.
“What is your biggest weakness” is one of the most popular and most frequently asked questions on a job interview.
The reason why this question is so popular is because it puts the job candidate in a position where it will be a choice between humility, arrogance or… an opportunity!
Here’s the truth – everybody makes mistakes. Even the hiring manager in front of you.
They don’t want you to say that you’ve never made a mistake in your life (unless you have zero work experience).
Who doesn’t make mistakes? Those people who don’t try anything new. People who play it safe. People who don’t work at all and try to steal credit from others.
How to answer “What is your biggest weakness?”
This video will teach you my way of answering that question.
At the time of writing this post, you can get access to 18 videos on how to dominate the job interview.
As you’ll see on the “By Me Journey” training, the job interview is just a step of the selling process where you’ll sell the ultimate product: YOU!
